We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This is a night shift role with immediate start. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be skilled in various nursing practices. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post\-treatment care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decisions and interventions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
