Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Registered Nurse specialising in IV drip therapy to join Get A Drip Lakeside, a leading IV therapy clinic brand. Operating clinics since 2017, Get A Drip offers IV therapy, diagnostic testing and a wider range of health and wellbeing services, supported by a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
In this exciting, client\-facing role, you will combine excellent nursing care with outstanding service, ensuring every client feels welcomed, understood and supported throughout their visit. Alongside delivering safe, personalised treatments, you will help grow the clinic through relationship building, confident service recommendations and a consultative approach to sales.
This is an opportunity for a commercially aware nurse who enjoys connecting with people and delivering an exceptional experience, with client wellbeing and clinical judgement at the heart of every decision. Full Training will be provided at our head office including in clinic training with a senior nurse.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed IV treatments safely and accurately, following clinical protocols and professional standards
- Conduct thorough client assessments, review medical histories and confirm treatment suitability and informed consent in line with prescribing requirements
- Monitor clients throughout treatment, promptly recognising and responding to adverse reactions or clinical concerns
- Create a welcoming, professional environment, putting client comfort, safety and individual needs first
- Explain treatment options, potential risks, limitations and aftercare clearly, helping clients make informed decisions
- Build strong client relationships through attentive service, personalised care and appropriate follow\-up
- Confidently discuss services, pricing and relevant packages, identifying opportunities for additional services only where clinically appropriate
- Contribute to clinic sales, booking and client retention targets through a helpful, consultative approach that respects client choice and prioritises clinical need
- Respond to enquiries and help prospective clients progress to suitable consultations and bookings
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and uphold strict infection prevention and safety standards
- Work closely with the wider healthcare team to coordinate care and maintain an organised, well\-equipped clinic
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience in IV administration and cannulation, with strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
- Sound knowledge of medication administration, dosage calculations and safety checks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, confident and professional manner
- A strong client\-first focus and a passion for delivering exceptional care and service
- Commercial awareness and confidence discussing services and prices, with a willingness to contribute to responsible sales and clinic growth
- Familiarity with infection prevention, safeguarding and emergency response procedures
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience in private healthcare, a client\-facing clinic or consultative sales would be an advantage
Pay: £180\.00\-£300\.00 per day
