About Your Cluster Forget giant, institutional blocks. You will be managing a local, high\-quality cluster of 3 small, boutique supported living homes nestled close together in Manchester.
Each home has exactly 3 beds, allowing our teams to provide deeply personal, highly attentive, and distraction\-free care to just 9 incredible individuals in total. This gives you the scale and prestige of a multi\-site management role, while maintaining the warm, tight\-knit feel of small community households.

No two days are ever the same, but here is what you will master:
- Inspiring Your Team: Leading, mentoring, and energizing a dedicated team of Support Workers and Team Leaders across your 3 locations.
- Championing Independence: Designing creative, person\-centred care and support plans that empower our 9 residents to learn new skills, access the community, and crush their personal goals.
- Owning Quality Assurance: Keeping our services fundamentally safe, legal, and thriving. You will ensure we remain fully compliant with all CQC regulations and local authority frameworks.
- Building Networks: Forging strong, collaborative relationships with families, social workers, healthcare professionals, and local Manchester community groups.
- An Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager within a learning disabilities or autism setting.
- Qualified (or working towards it): You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- A People Person: You possess infectious energy, deep empathy, and the ability to communicate beautifully with residents, staff, and families alike.
- Mobile \& Local: You know the Manchester landscape and possess a valid UK driving licence to easily move between your 3 local sites.
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£48,000\.00 per year
