We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to oversee two complex care services in Winsford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of two services, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, safeguarding, compliance and quality.

The Role:

• Manage and lead two complex care services


• Lead, motivate and develop care teams


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards


• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance


• Manage staffing, performance and service delivery


• Build strong relationships with families and external professionals


• Drive continuous improvement across both services


• Ensure individuals receive high-quality, personalised support

About You:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within complex care


• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality standards


• Proven experience leading and developing care teams


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Passionate about delivering person-centred care


• Organised, resilient and confident managing multiple priorities
