Registered Manager
Registered Manager required for Children's Home in Manor Park London E12
£50-£60k plus bonus depending on experience and qualifications.
We are looking for a Registered Manager to run our 3 bed service in Manor Park London E12
Supporting 8-18s with EBD and challenging behaviour.
Happy to consider experienced Deputy Managers looking for a step up and new challenge. Full support and training will be given.

Registered Manager Skills and abilities
Ability to demonstrate reasoning, numeracy, literacy and technology skills to required standard.
Ability to work as a team, working closely with colleagues and other agencies.
Ability to solve problems.
Able to work within the principles of the Children’s Act.
Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Child Protection Issues and Procedures.
Sound knowledge of Children’s Homes procedures and relevant issues.
Ability to exercise authority.
Proven leadership and management abilities.
Can evidence Ofsted inspections(URN)
Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written.
Registered Manager knowledge and experience.
At least 1 year working experience as a Registered Manager or DM in a Registered Children’s Home where the rating of their home is good to outstanding
A minimum of two years’ experience at senior support level in a Children’s Home.
Experience working with Children who have Mental Health, Emotional & Behavioural difficulties.
Have a very good understanding of the children’s homes regulations and quality standards, 2015
Have good knowledge and experience working as a designated safeguarding lead in children’s residential home (s)
Registered Manager qualifications
The Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or you are willing to work towards this) Or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Children’s Pathway) combined with a Leadership and Management Qualification

Full Time Role £50,000 - £60,000 dependant on Experience and Qualifications
