Salary: £34K per annum (Depending on experience) \+ benefits
Job Type: Full\-time \| Permanent \| Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM \| 40 hours/week

About the Role
You’ll take the reins in managing and expanding our services — ensuring high\-quality, person\-centered care while driving growth and operational excellence. With opportunities all around us, this is the perfect chance to make a real difference while building something special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all day\-to\-day operations across care delivery, compliance, recruitment, and budgeting
- Grow our business — identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and service areas
- Maintain high standards of care and customer satisfaction
- Foster a motivated, supported and high\-performing team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to meet individual needs
- Oversee Rota planning, performance management, and HR functions
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Registered or General Manager role (minimum 1 year)
- Minimum 5 years in the care sector
- Level 5 NVQ (or equivalent) in Leadership \& Management or working toward it
- Strong leadership, organizational, and business development skills
- Excellent understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- A confident, caring, and motivational personality
- Driving license and UK work authorization
