Registered Manager – Children’s Home
A business that has made mistakes in the past, learnt from them, reset where needed and put stronger support, governance and leadership in place is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the next chapter and build a home that is stable, ambitious and genuinely child centred.

You will not be left to carry the weight alone. There is central compliance support, recruitment support, placements support, therapeutic input and education services around you so you can focus on quality, outcomes and your people.
This role will suit an experienced Registered Manager who knows what good looks like, has delivered strong Ofsted outcomes, and wants to join an organisation that is being honest about the past and serious about getting it right. Somebody who is looking for the challenge of opening a new home as part of our growth strategy or re-opening where things need improving.
What you’ll bring to the team as Registered Manager:
- Extensive experience in residential childcare
- Previous experience managing and supervising staff
- Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Salary of £49,268 to £56,768 with bonus potential up to £18,000

- 25 days’ annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
