The Role

• Providing outstanding leadership for care staff


• Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels


• Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management


• Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home


• Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do

About You

• An NMC Registered Nurse


• Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST


• Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

Our Sevenoaks care home has its own café, hair and beauty salon, cinema and lovely gardens, which enables residents to enjoy a fantastic lifestyle. The home is divided into separate residential, nursing and dementia care suites. This creates a calm and close\-knit atmosphere where people can get to know each other, and where people with similar needs can be cared for together. Importantly, residents on each suite enjoy their meals in a bistro\-style dining room, where everything is tailored to their needs.
