If you are experienced as a Registered Care Manager, Care Manager or Care professional, then Rigby's have a fantastic role for you!
We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to join a brand new branch in Dunstable, covering Dunstable, Luton, Leighton Buzzard and eventually Milton Keynes.
The Brand is well known\- although you will play a key part in helping the business grow hours wise, you are at an advantage here. You will receive National Level support, a model that works, mentoring and a chance to grow your own team that will make a massive difference to people needing care in their own homes.
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity role, and once in post you will register with CQC, before helping recruit carers, business develop and grow with the owner and the area manager.
Most importantly, this has to be a best possible person fit, so we are ultimately looking for someone hungry to grow both the branch and their own personal portfolio. A large amount of trust will be placed on the successful candidate, and in return you will be trusted to work hard to grow the branch with good support.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake management and registration of the new branch
- Regularly Liaise with Branch Owner and your Area Manager.
- Adhere to CQC regulations at all times, ensuring client candidate data is processed fairly, accurately.
- At times network, business development and process new enquiries across the area. .

Experience Required:
- NVQ 5 Leadership and Management/Working Towards
- Experience as a Registered Manager/Care Manager/CQC Professional \- Essential
- Driver with access to own vehicle\- Essential
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£42,000\.00 per year
