Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Pay rate: £15\.00 per hour plus paid travel expenses 25p per mile

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shifts: Days, Wake Night, Sleep\- in shifts

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence plus own transport (due to nature of the role)

We’re recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person\-centred support across a range of services in Birmingham and surroundings.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference. You’ll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.

What you’ll be doing
------------------------

As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis

Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community

Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing

Supporting communication in the way that works best for them

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment

What you’ll bring
