ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Support Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service
- Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home
- Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director
- Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in Care Home management roles
- Ideally have a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge
- Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level
- Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills
