How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive Regional Growth: Take full ownership of your territory, identifying upcoming lighting replacement programmes, framework opportunities, and tender bids across local authorities, highway maintenance providers, and contractors.
- Leverage & Expand Your Network: Build upon existing relationships and establish new partnerships across local authority street lighting teams, asset managers, consultants, and distribution networks.
- Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Partner closely with our internal technical lighting design team to guide clients from initial technical presentation and product demonstration to compliant project award.
- Shape Strategy & Products: Serve as the voice of the market, gathering client feedback to help steer new product development and support bids.
- Represent us: Act as a brand ambassador at key industry events, client meetings, and framework presentations.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager professional with an established reputation within the UK street lighting or wider highways infrastructure sector.
- Industry Network: Strong, pre-existing connections with UK local authorities, street lighting engineers, highway contractors, and consultants.
- Proven Sales Success: A track record of winning business, navigating complex specification processes, and securing framework agreements.
- Commercial & Technical Savvy: Ability to communicate complex product benefits, understand technical lighting designs, and translate opportunities into long-term commercial accounts.
- Sector Background: Deep experience in street lighting is highly desirable. We also welcome top-tier candidates from outdoor lighting, electrical infrastructure, or wider highways sectors with strong local authority relationships.
- Requirements: Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
