OVERVIEW

As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with IT resellers, MSPs, and commercial clients. You will drive revenue growth by promoting our extensive portfolio of IT hardware and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

This is a field\-based role covering the Munster and West of Ireland regions, with regular travel to customer sites. We offer flexibility and autonomy, while providing the support and resources of an established organisation.

What you’ll be doing as our Regional Sales Manager:

  • Promote our full range of IT component products, including servers, networking equipment, storage and peripherals

  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets, growing the market share within the region.

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM systems.

  • Build strong relationships with vendor partners and internal teams, stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity.

  • Working alongside the Head of Sales to ensure the available product portfolio is aligned to customer needs.

  • Drive strategic sales planning, account expansion and high\-impact commercial initiatives

  • Act as the point of contact and escalation to handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Show initiative in driving sales

  • Maintain strong commercial oversight, understanding margin, forecasting, and complex sales cycles.

  • Represent the company at trade events, customer meetings, and industry exhibitions.
What we’re looking for in our Regional Sales Manager:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within IT Hardware, distribution, or technology \& Electrical sectors.

  • Knowledge of IT components and solutions.

  • Experience working with channel partners such as resellers and MSPs

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools

  • Ability to travel regionally to meet client needs.
