Regional Sales Manager – Role and Responsibilities
Take ownership of a regional territory, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development.
Identify, target and secure new customers through proactive business development activity.
Generate and develop your own pipeline, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Identify commercial opportunities and maximise revenue within your territory.
Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with wider business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.
Manage your territory with a high degree of autonomy while delivering against agreed targets and objectives.
Regional Sales Manager – Skills and Experience
Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
Strong business development experience within a B2B sales environment.
Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting through to close.
Commercially astute, self-motivated and results driven.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Highly organised with effective time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a home-based, field sales role.
