We're recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales to join an award-winning independent agency with an exceptional reputation. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven property professional looking to take ownership of a successful division and play a key role in shaping its future growth.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales, you will:

  • Lead and grow the Residential Sales division, setting the strategic direction and driving revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.

  • Act as the face of the department, strengthening brand presence, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing marketing activity, and helping secure key instructions.

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams, creating a positive and accountable culture while managing branch performance through regular coaching and reviews.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards, support complex or high-value negotiations, and work closely with other departments to maximise referrals and business opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice, while providing strategic leadership through reporting, business planning, performance analysis, and chairing monthly Residential Sales Manager meetings.

Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales Requirements
  • Proven experience leading successful residential sales teams within Estate Agency

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious business targets

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Commercially minded with strong strategic planning skills

  • Solutions-focused approach with the ability to overcome challenges effectively

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of departmental performance

  • Strong knowledge of estate agency legislation, compliance, and industry best practice
