We're recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales to join an award-winning independent agency with an exceptional reputation. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven property professional looking to take ownership of a successful division and play a key role in shaping its future growth.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales, you will:

Lead and grow the Residential Sales division, setting the strategic direction and driving revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.

Act as the face of the department, strengthening brand presence, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing marketing activity, and helping secure key instructions.

Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams, creating a positive and accountable culture while managing branch performance through regular coaching and reviews.

Deliver exceptional customer service standards, support complex or high-value negotiations, and work closely with other departments to maximise referrals and business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice, while providing strategic leadership through reporting, business planning, performance analysis, and chairing monthly Residential Sales Manager meetings.

Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales Requirements

Proven experience leading successful residential sales teams within Estate Agency

Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious business targets

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Commercially minded with strong strategic planning skills

Solutions-focused approach with the ability to overcome challenges effectively

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of departmental performance

Strong knowledge of estate agency legislation, compliance, and industry best practice
