Regional Product Lead, DV Depth and YouTube Ads

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


• 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.


• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross\-functional initiatives.


• 2 years of experience working with engineering, product teams, or executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's in Science.


• Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.


• Ability to drive impact in a fast\-paced environment.


• Excellent strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec\-level contexts.

Responsibilities

• Be able to co\-pitch on a Named Account List (NAL) of top Deep Value (DV) depth opportunities and support 2\-3 MMS LeadGen sales managers on delivering their quarterly YouTube business goals.


• Be able to explain topics with relative ease, while tweaking your style to resonate with C\-level stakeholders or executive audiences internally.


• Help realize our go\-to\-market activation strategies for diversification to drive customer growth.


• Advocate for YouTube and DemandGen products internally, be internally motivated to upskill yourself constantly, and become an industry expert to gauge our solutions' standing in the competitive social market.


• Work cross\-functionally and regionally (including but not limited to global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, CSA, IGT, GMP and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
