We're now looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across our UK Services business. This is a high\-impact leadership role where you'll manage a team of Category Buyers and Purchasing Administrators, influence procurement strategy, and help shape the future of our supply chain operations.
Key Duties:

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of Category Buyers and Purchasing Administrators.


• Implement category strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.


• Drive supplier consolidation and standardisation opportunities across the UK service network.


• Negotiate competitive supplier agreements, rebates and commercial terms.


• Build strategic supplier partnerships that improve service, quality and cost performance.


• Act as a senior escalation point for supplier\-related challenges.


• Monitor supplier performance, delivery metrics and procurement KPIs.


• Identify cost\-saving and value\-improvement opportunities through benchmarking and market analysis.


• Partner with stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance and leadership teams to support business objectives.

Champion compliance, procurement governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• What We're Looking For:

We're interested in speaking with procurement professionals who combine strong commercial capability with proven leadership experience.

You'll ideally bring:

• Procurement experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial services or a related technical environment.


• Proven experience developing, implementing and embedding category\-based procurement strategies across multiple spend areas, driving supplier optimisation, cost reduction, risk mitigation and long\-term value creation.


• Experience leading and developing procurement teams.


• Strong supplier management and negotiation expertise.


• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality and operational requirements.


• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decision making.


• A proactive and strategic approach to driving change and continuous improvement.


• Knowledge of SAP and/or D365 would be advantageous.
