We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help lead Fresh's brand and marketing activity across both B2C and B2B audiences.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll deliver engaging campaigns, strengthen our brand presence, identify new opportunities, and help drive commercial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands\-on campaign delivery in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multi\-channel marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences.


• Drive brand awareness and ensure consistency across all marketing activity.


• Create engaging content and support the ongoing development of the Fresh brand.


• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.


• Identify new commercial opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.


• Manage events, communications, and marketing projects.


• Monitor budgets, campaign performance and ROI.


• Lead and develop our Graphic Designer, setting clear objectives and supporting growth.

• Experience delivering successful marketing and brand campaigns.


• Strong understanding of brand strategy and execution.


• Excellent communication and content creation skills.


• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.


• Experience working across multiple brands, products or services.


• Proficiency in Canva and other marketing tools.


• A creative, proactive and results\-driven approach.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office each week, with Monday as a core team day.
