What Will My Day Look Like?
- Driving the team’s sales pipeline on team and individual level to make sure that team growth targets are met continuously
- Develop and Support the Team: Coach and inspire a team of skilled sales and CSM professionals with an inclusive leadership style.
- Drive the Sales Cycle: Oversee success from initial contact to closing, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Enhance the Customer Journey: Build long\-term relationships by understanding customer needs.
- Negotiate and Secure Deals: Lead negotiations of various complexity to support growth.
- Build Market Presence: Ensure that the team joins relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen the Dalux brand.
- Ensure the individual team members’ wellbeing and development to ensure employee motivation and satisfaction
