What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager with analytics skills and business vision to join our Sales Team in France.
Mission
Reporting directly to the National Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our business partnerships and executing our commercial strategy with regional retail chains and purchasing groups.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Agreement Negotiation and Management
- Negotiate commercial agreements with regional purchasing centers and buying groups in line with the company's strategy.
- Manage and follow up on contract negotiations, including product listings, promotional activities, budgets, and the implementation of agreed terms.
- Ensure the rapid and effective rollout of newly listed products.
- Handle and negotiate commercial disputes and potential penalties.
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional business objectives in alignment with the national strategy.
- Analyze key performance indicators, including sales revenue, volumes, profitability, distribution, shelf share, and other relevant metrics.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve commercial performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, and Field Sales teams.
- Share market insights, customer needs, and field intelligence to support business decision\-making.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among all departments involved in account management.
- Ensure flawless execution of negotiated agreements in the field, including merchandising, promotional activities, brand activations, and visibility initiatives.
- Support sales teams during joint field visits and provide expertise in local negotiations.
- Participate in regional trade shows and industry events.
- Commercial/business degree (minimum Bac\+2 / Associate Degree or equivalent)
- Have successful experience as a Territory Manager, Field Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar role within the FMCG and retail industry.
- Have a strong understanding of independent retail chains and their operating models.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and market analysis tools (NielsenIQ, Circana, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the retail and mass\-market distribution sector.
- Valid driver's license required (frequent travel).
- Strong business acumen and results\-driven mindset.
- Excellent analytical and commercial performance management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and detail\-oriented.
