Job description
As Soudal continues to expand internationally, integration, digitalization and operational excellence are key priorities. To strengthen our Group Controlling team, we are looking for a Regional Finance Coordinator who will support and guide strategic subsidiaries from our headquarters in Turnhout.
This is a high\-impact role combining financial expertise, project leadership and business partnering. Working closely with local finance teams and headquarters functions, you will help professionalize financial processes and support the continued growth of these subsidiaries.
You will act as a key link between headquarters and local organizations in Slovenia, Italy and, over time, other European entities. Your focus will include finance team development, business support, integration projects, process improvements and SAP implementations.
The role reports to the Group Controller.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide financial support and business partnering to international subsidiaries.
- Coach and develop local finance and controlling teams.
- Support SAP implementations, automation initiatives and digitalization projects.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements across finance processes.
- Support integrations, transformations and organizational developments.
- Strengthen reporting, controlling and management information.
- Contribute to group\-wide finance and controlling initiatives.
- Build strong connections between local finance teams, Group Finance and headquarters.
- Master’s degree in Financial Management, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Accountancy or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in audit, controlling, finance management or corporate finance.
- International experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands\-on mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and taking ownership.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time.
- Temporary or permanent relocation to Slovenia or Italy can be discussed.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Italian and/or Slovenian is an advantage.
