Algomarketing is preparing for upcoming Regional Field Marketing Manager opportunities with a fast\-growing global AI company, and we are starting to build a talent pool of experienced field marketing professionals in Germany.

As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, you would lead local field marketing activity across Germany and the wider DACH market. You would be responsible for delivering events, executive activations, account\-based marketing initiatives and regional growth activity.
The role is highly hands\-on and involves working closely with sales teams, growth marketers and country leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver regional events from start to finish, including conferences, executive roundtables, VIP dinners and market launches.
- Partner with Sales and Growth Marketing to support strategic enterprise accounts.
- Deliver local account\-based marketing activities.
- Support market expansion and brand growth across Germany and DACH.
- Source and manage venues, agencies, production partners and suppliers.
- Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics.
- Adapt global marketing programmes for the local market.
- Coordinate senior internal stakeholders, customers, prospects and external partners.
- Track event performance and regional marketing impact.
- Travel within the region when required.
Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise
- Around 3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or a high\-growth start\-up or scale\-up is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience independently delivering B2B events.
- Experience working with sales teams and strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive\-level audiences.
- Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience managing suppliers, agencies, venues and event budgets.
- Comfortable using reporting and data to measure marketing activity.
- Fluent or native\-level German.
- Business\-level English.
- Strong understanding of the DACH enterprise and technology market.
