Thesuccessful candidate will hold full accountability for the service delivery andsite operations of at least 3 sites across the UK, including cost management,service delivery, technical, Quality/Health/Safety/Environment (QHSE) and front\-facingservices at the client facilities. They will provide leadership and effectivemanagement for a wide range of hard and soft services activities. They willensure that improvements are achieved and maintained, and a proper balance is achievedbetween responding to client requests, maintaining high standards and costeffectiveness.

Leadingthe on\-site FM teams and being an integral part of the Client Global Real Estate(GRE) Team, this position has responsibility for building strong businessrelationships which inform and drive continued development and enforcement ofClient Workplace Standards (CWS) across the site.

Keytasks

  • Deliverservices based on contract scope of work with full understanding of the scope variancesby site (e.g. client provided, 3rd party, self\-perform, LL, etc)

  • Driveoperational control through Metrics/KPI Management (budget management, CustomerSatisfaction, FM Service Delivery, Quality and Innovation)

  • Resolveproblems and/or conflicts and maintain open communication with the client includingproviding regular written and oral reports to ensure satisfaction

  • Managesite budgets and own analysis of variations and action planning

  • Managebudgets to support meeting the profitability objectives and performance of the AccountBusiness Plan.

  • Leadssite financial forecasting requirements. Drives compliant financial practicesto ensure on time and compliant billing.

  • Identifypull through business to other lines of business from within the account. Alignwith the delivery of account P\&L performance.

  • Leadsite financial budgeting and forecasting requirements. Drive compliant financialpractices to ensure on time and compliant billing

  • Driveenhancements to recurring spend actual (Labour/Subcontract/Materials, Optimise SelfPerform utilisation, control variable spend) in order to achieve contractsavings commitments

  • Driveinitiatives to achieve/exceed budget \& savings expectations at the Sitelevel

  • Manageaccurate asset inventory \& Life Cycle Assessment, including identification andsupport of Capital replacement projects in conjunction with account ProjectsLead

  • Ensurea cost\-effective maintenance program for all buildings, plant, systems and equipmentis in place. Ensure accurate asset list and essential customer site systems andequipment is managed

  • Rigorousmanagement/assessment of supplier KPI’s

  • DriveSupplier compliance and control and manages supplier relationships

  • Developmulti\-year spend profile for all commodities. Optimise timing of order placementto ensure cost advantage

  • Identifyscope expansion opportunities through collaboration with UK and Accountleadership

  • Conductgoal setting activities and performance reviews. Manage personnel, including recruiting,talent development, succession planning, training, rewarding and takingdisciplinary actions. Deploy resource strategies to maximize headcount andskill base across the account
