Regional Commercial Operations Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within our organisation across Scotland wide The ideal candidate will possess strong management and communication skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams, develop strategic initiatives, and contribute significantly to the company's expansion. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing Scotland wide performance, fostering client relationships, and implementing best practices , systems and processes to optimise efficiency and profitability. Carear progression and training available to achieve director level within 3 years .
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple regional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, including B2B sales initiatives and client acquisition strategies
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM tools to monitor sales pipelines, analyse data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures across all locations within the region
- Analyse regional performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted action plans
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training programmes to develop team capabilities and ensure staff engagement along with recruitment responsibilty
- Coordinate with head office on budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance matters
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading successful teams in a fast\-paced environment

- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong B2B sales background with demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales analysis and reporting purposes
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results
- Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging diverse stakeholders
- Relevant industry experience is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude towards learning is essential
Pay: £50,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
