Regional After Sales Service Representative Norway

About the role:

Due to the expansion of our successful European growth, BYD Europe is looking for an enthusiastic and self\-driven regional aftersales representative for Passenger Cars. In this exiting position you will play an important role in supporting a selection of dealers and their service experience and aftersales activities in Norway.

As the Regional Aftersales Representative Passenger Cars, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer focused aftersales service level in the designated dealer network. You’ll support the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. You play an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and aftersales propositions. You will also be responsible to secure BYDs service processes and initiatives are implemented and followed in the service network.

This role reports directly to Aftersales Manager Norway \& Iceland.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop partners’ service preparation, execution and service performance assessment, ensure annual service target and the goal achievement, steering the partner’s continuous service level improvement.


• Regional dealer regular visit, organize meeting, workshop and other activities with regional partners, review the business plan. Be responsible for the after\-sales projects development, execution and assessment.


• Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling and other supportive materials.


• Regional customer satisfaction follow up (NPS), assist partners to close customer complaint in time, Goodwill authorization and management.


• Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team and steering parts service level improvement.


• Support the aftermarket activities and service campaign implementation.

Qualification requirements:

• Willing to travel on a very frequent basis within the country/ region and abroad including potential trips to the Netherlands and China, indication 25% of your time.


• Bachelor or master degree working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.


• 5\+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E\-mobility within importer or OEM.


• Organized with excellent communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self\-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian language and English is a must, Chinese is a plus.


• High\-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.


• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
