Regeneration Project Manager
- Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
- Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract
- Salary: £519.67 per day
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead complex mixed-use regeneration or infrastructure projects, particularly those involving stations, transport hubs, or town centre developments.
- Manage projects through design development stages
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams, including architecture, engineering, transport, public realm, and landscape.
- Deliver high-quality public realm and placemaking schemes with a focus on accessibility, connectivity, and urban design quality.
- Integrate buildings, public realm, and transport infrastructure, especially where there are interfaces with rail, tram/train, or station operations.
- Work closely with operators or asset owners to ensure functional and operational requirements are embedded in design.
- Develop or support Full Planning Applications, including coordinating technical inputs and supporting documentation.
- Manage project risks, programme, and budgets across complex and interdependent workstreams.
- Collaborate with public sector partners, developers, and consultants in a regeneration context.
- Translate strategic objectives into deliverable schemes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading complex mixed-use regeneration or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects through design development stages.
- Strong track record in coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Experience in delivering high-quality public realm and placemaking schemes.
- Experience in integrating buildings, public realm, and transport infrastructure.
- Experience working with operators or asset owners in a transport or station context.
- Ability to develop or support Full Planning Applications.
- Demonstrable experience in managing project risks, programme, and budgets.
- Experience working collaboratively with public sector partners, developers, and consultants.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into deliverable schemes.
