Refrigeration Engineer

KCS are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for Kent \& surrounding areas\-based work.

Working in the Commercial Catering Sector. Our contracts include Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals and Care Homes.

*Job Description:*

• Working on a variety of refrigeration equipment – commercial fridges, display fridges, commercial freezers, blast chillers, cold rooms etc


• Planned and reactive maintenance


• Fault\-find and repair commercial refrigeration and electrical catering equipment


• Attending product breakdowns.


• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

• Must hold a valid F\-Gas qualification, inclusive of hydrocarbon refrigerants


• City \& Guilds / NVQ Level 2 preferred but not essential


• Experience as a commercial refrigeration engineer


• Proven experience working on:


• Cold rooms


• Ice machines


• Display units


• Fridge and freezer cabinets


• Customer\-focused approach with a commitment to efficient, high\-quality repairs


• Able to work independently and as part of a team


• Willing to take part in an on\-call rota.

• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
