Refrigeration & Beverage Equipement Engineer

Service Engineer – Refrigeration, Catering Equipment, or Espresso Machines

We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join our established business. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Refrigeration repairs and maintenance


• Electrical catering equipment servicing


• Espresso machine installation, repair, and maintenance

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to broaden their technical expertise. We provide comprehensive on\-site training and support to help develop skills across additional equipment types and technologies.

Duties

• Installation and setup of commercial espresso machines and grinders at customer sites


• Routine maintenance and servicing both on\-site and within a 2\-hour radius of the company office and workshop.


• Coordinating service calls and installations with subcontractor partners across the UK


• Diagnosing and repairing espresso machines and grinders \& milk coolers


• Providing technical support to customers via phone and email


• Maintaining accurate service records and reports


• Delivering excellent customer service and technical advice

Experience

• This role would be ideal for a refrigeration engineer seeking to broaden their expertise and develop their knowledge of coffee equipment


• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.


• Experience working with espresso machines is desirable but not essential.


• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to refrigeration and beverage engineering roles.

Working Hours

This role does not require weekend or evening work.

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm


• Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

The position is primarily based at our offices in Colne, BB8, although we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
