Referral Manager - AniCura Saventa (Zaventem)

AniCura Saventa Referral Center is a new and innovative facility dedicated to small animals. It specializes in advanced medical imaging, oncology, and surgery (minimally invasive, laser, oncological, and orthopedic surgery). Ideally located in Zaventem, just outside Brussels, the center will officially open its doors on October 1st, 2026\.

Our ambition is to build a leading referral center recognized for excellence in patient care, high\-quality collaboration with referring veterinarians, and a strong multidisciplinary approach.

As part of this exciting project, we are looking for a Referral Manager to support the launch and development of the center.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional who:

• Has experience in the veterinary sector or an excellent understanding of the veterinary field;


• Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;


• Enjoys building and developing long\-term professional relationships;


• Is comfortable with regular travel and field visits;


• Demonstrates autonomy, strong organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset;


• Is able to understand the needs of referring veterinarians and ensure high\-quality follow\-up;


• Enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;


• Wants to actively contribute to the development of a new referral center;


• Is fluent in both French and Dutch.

• Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and veterinary clinics across Belgium;


• Regularly visit veterinary practices to present the center, its services, specialists, and expertise;


• Identify the needs and expectations of referring veterinarians in order to continuously improve the referral experience;


• Participate in the organization of events and initiatives aimed at strengthening the referral network;


• Work closely with the medical teams, management, and marketing department;


• Actively contribute to the launch strategy and development of the center;


• Share field feedback and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• A temporary assignment of several months starting as soon as possible;


• A unique opportunity to contribute to the launch of one of the most ambitious veterinary projects in Belgium;
