The handling of chilled and frozen products requires special attention and skills. We are looking for a reefer documentation specialist who wants ownership and impact. Within the next few years, you will become a key and trusted specialist in our organization — someone others rely on and who is ready for new challenges and opportunities.

What you will do

  • Handle all documentation related to reefer shipments

  • Ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Coordinate with operations and partners

  • Support smooth cargo flow

What we are looking for
  • Experience with reefer documentation (or open to learn)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Understanding of forwarding processes

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
