Due to continued success within the Enterprise Hub, we are now looking for a talented Delivery Partner to join the team.

Your new role

As a Delivery Partner you will act as the key resource in identifying and recruiting candidates suitable to the vacancies across our partner clients. The role will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and customer focused service is delivered and that all business opportunities are optimised for mutual benefit. The Delivery Partner is responsible for managing a large volume of vacancies within Social Care and Business Support, sourcing candidates and ensuring that candidates are thoroughly vetted and have the relevant skills for the vacancy. The role involves a large amount of phone work, talking to candidates and explaining vacancies to potential candidates, conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates accordingly. It is a highly proactive role where you will need to develop and maintain strong candidate relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues. Enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. The right candidate will be organised, customer service and delivery focused, detail-orientated and as such you always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame.
