As Recruitment Lead, you will oversee recruitment delivery across the London region, ensuring hiring needs are met efficiently while maintaining a high\-quality candidate experience.

This is a hands\-on role where you will:

• Lead recruitment activity within the organisation.


• Manage and support a local recruitment team


• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs


• Deliver high\-volume recruitment campaigns


• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines


• Monitor recruitment performance using KPIs and data insights


• Ensure compliance with UK recruitment standards

• Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (minimum 2 years)


• Strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market


• Experience in high\-volume hiring (care sector is a plus)


• Strong stakeholder management skills


• Hands\-on approach with a focus on delivery and results


• Experience with ATS and recruitment systems


• Experience or training in the use of AI tools within recruitment processes would be advantageous
