To be a Recruitment \& HR Coordinator at Right at Home, you should be proactive, people\-focused, and exceptionally organised. What you will be doing:

· Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms

· Managing applicant tracking and shortlisting candidates

· Conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews

· Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring compliance with recruitment checks

· Carrying out DBS applications and reference checks

· Keeping detailed and accurate recruitment records

· Building relationships in the local community to support long\-term recruitment

· Providing admin support across HR and team communications

What you will need:

· Experience in a recruitment / HR– Essential

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using online systems

· Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload

· Willingness to speak with candidates outside normal working hours if required

· Experience using an ATS or recruitment platform – Desirable

· Previous experience in care – Desirable

If you have experience as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Assistant, Recruitment Resourcer, or Talent Acquisition, we would love to hear from you. Equally, if you’re working in care and want to move into a recruitment\-focused role, full training will be provided.

A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
