Recruitment Executive
Description
Reports to: HR Operations Manager
Location: Primarily based at Heathrow Terminal 3, with some time spent at Ethos Farm Head Office (Hammersmith) and occasional travel to other sites as required. This is an office\-based role, five days per week.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 0900\-1730, On\-site.
Role purpose

As Recruitment Executive, you will support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of colleagues across our Heathrow operations, helping ensure we continue to recruit individuals who align with our values and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, support compliance processes, contribute to community engagement initiatives and provide administrative support to the wider HR Team. A key part of this role is delivering a positive candidate experience, ensuring every applicant is treated professionally and fairly, regardless of the outcome of their application.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment and Candidate Experience
▪ Coordinate the end\-to\-end recruitment process for Heathrow\-based vacancies, providing support to other sites where required.
▪ Advertise vacancies and manage applications through approved recruitment channels.
▪ Screen applications and conduct initial candidate conversations.
▪ Coordinate interviews, assessment activities and recruitment events.
▪ Prepare recruitment documentation, interview materials and candidate communications.
▪ Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent approach aligned with company policy.
▪ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining regular communication and providing a professional, positive experience for all candidates regardless of outcome.
▪ Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce recruitment reporting as required.Screen applications and conduct initial candidate conversations.

Onboarding and Compliance
▪ Coordinate onboarding activities and support the delivery of new starter inductions.
▪ Ensure all pre\-employment checks, including right to work verification and onboarding documentation, are completed prior to employment commencing.
▪ Maintain accurate onboarding and compliance records in line with company requirements and GDPR principles.
▪ Liaise with candidates, managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process.
CSR \& Talent Development
▪ Support corporate social responsibility initiatives including work experience placements, apprenticeships, T\-Level programmes and partnerships with local schools, colleges and community organisations.
▪ Assist with initiatives that promote Ethos Farm as an employer of choice and help build future talent pipelines.
▪ Support the coordination of supervisor development and best practice workshops where required.
HR Projects \& Team Support
▪ Provide general administrative support to the HR Team.
▪ Assist with employee records, filing, references and HR documentation.
▪ Support meetings through note\-taking and follow\-up actions where required.
▪ Contribute to People projects and wider business initiatives as needed.
Required knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours
▪ Valid right to work in the UK.
▪ Ability to obtain an airside security pass.
▪ Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, operational support, recruitment or people\-focused role.
▪ Previous recruitment, onboarding or HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
▪ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
▪ A customer\-focused approach with a passion for delivering a positive experience for candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.
▪ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
▪ Confidence building positive working relationships with colleagues, managers and external stakeholders.
▪ Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems.
▪ Proactive, adaptable and solutions\-focused, with a willingness to learn and develop.
