Tasks

We're hiring a fractional Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer (freelance or temp, fulltime to ramp up and then \~2 days/week) to own our recruitment machinery. We have multiple open roles to fill and need someone who can move the needle on sourcing and keep the funnel disciplined \- fast, without lowering our bar.
- Source \& attract quality candidates \- proactive LinkedIn scouting and outreach; build a strong top\-of\-funnel across all open roles
- Run the funnel \- scheduling, tracking interview slots, candidate comms, keeping candidates engaged through assignments and stages
- Keep us on track \- enforce our SLAs, maintain a live overview of every candidate, nudge hiring managers
- Support evaluation \- help the team assess candidates consistently against job descriptions and scorecards
Location: Belgium (Antwerp area preferred)
Model: freelance or temporay payroll (6 months)
Requirements

- Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (tech / SaaS / fintech / mortgage)
- Strong hands\-on LinkedIn sourcing
- Exceptional organization and follow\-through — many candidates and calendars in motion without dropping threads
- Fast, responsive, comfortable embedding quickly with a lean team
- A bar\-raiser who protects quality under delivery pressure
