Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: Scale 5 (£28,598 to £31,022 per annum)

Contract: Permanent, full\-time, all year round

As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will join our Central People Team as a warm, professional first point of contact for applicants and new starters across our cross\-phase family of 17 academies. In this fast\-paced role, your administrative precision will directly support our school leaders and shape the team that inspires our pupils.

The successful candidate will:

• Assist hiring managers with vacancy postings, adverts, and smooth interview setups.


• Coordinate references, DBS, and pre\-employment checks strictly in line with *Keeping Children Safe in Education* guidelines.


• Maintain live HR/Payroll databases (iTrent) to ensure total trust\-wide monthly payroll accuracy.


• Provide high\-quality admin support during formal processes, including accurate minute\-taking.
