Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various areas. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

Duties

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.

  • Utilise applicant tracking systems platforms to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline workflows.

  • Manage the ROTA of staffing

  • Lead generation through social media management, job boards, and networking events to attract high\-quality applicants.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments while providing timely updates to all stakeholders.

  • Assist in the optimisation of recruitment strategies by analysing data.

  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media channels and other digital platforms.

  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process.
Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment is preferred.

  • Familiarity with online systems such as 20x and Atlas is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Experience managing relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

  • Knowledge of social media management tools for talent attraction purposes.

  • Previous exposure to CRM platforms is advantageous.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: From £26,000\.00 per year
