THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to build a US Construction desk. You will work with US contractors, developers and clients across commercial, residential, infrastructure and specialist construction projects.
This is a high-autonomy role with uncapped earnings, a clearly defined career path, and the support of a strong team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of a US Construction desk and drive its growth
- Develop new and existing client relationships across the US construction sector
- Source, qualify, interview and place high-calibre candidates into US construction roles
- Manage the complete 360° recruitment process from brief to placement and aftercare
- Negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with relevant US requirements
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal billing targets in a supportive environment
- Work flexibly to accommodate US time zones and client needs
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant in this market (12+ months desk experience)
- Strong interest or background in construction, engineering or technical sectors
- Ambitious, resilient and target-driven with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with initiative in a hybrid/flexible environment
Commission & Earnings
15% to 40% commission on your billings. Our commission plan resets at 15% annually - not monthly. This means
you build momentum through the year and benefit from higher commission rates for longer. Uncapped. Transparent. Designed for high earners.
