Tradewind Recruitment is growing our Manchester office and hiring high-potential individuals to join our Impact Academy - a structured training programme designed to turn driven people into high-earning Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience required. Work ethic and ambition come first.

• £30,000 base salary


• £35,000 - £40,000 realistic first-year earnings

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Interview and place candidates into schools


• Build and manage candidate pipelines


• Write professional candidate profiles


• Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets


• Learn negotiation, influence and relationship-building skills


• Earn commission as you progress through the role

You'll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in-house specialists and ongoing mentorship.

Career Progression

After completing the Impact Academy, you'll move onto a sales-focused desk with advanced training in:

• Business development


• Margin negotiation


• Client account growth


• Managing challenging conversations


• Long-term career and leadership development

Many consultants significantly increase their earnings within 18-24 months.
