Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology Recruitment
Location: Birmingham (Currently 4 days remote, 1 day office-based. Moving to Birmingham City Centre in January with a hybrid working model.)
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Equity Opportunity

The Opportunity Due to continued expansion, My Client is seeking experienced recruiters to develop and lead specialist divisions within:
- Life Sciences
- Financial Services Technology
- Data Centre Construction & T1 Build Outs
- US Technology Markets
For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to secure up to 20% equity in a newly established division, subject to agreed performance milestones.
What You'll Be Doing • Building and developing your own specialist recruitment desk.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing key accounts.
- Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment assignments.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and recruitment fees.
- Building talent pipelines within specialist technology markets.
- Working closely with senior leadership to develop new markets and service offerings.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Experience within Technology, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Data Centre Construction or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
- A consultative and relationship-driven approach.
- Ambition to build and grow a specialist market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to maximise earnings and career progression.
For example:
- £200,000 annual billings = circa £80,000 earnings
- Currently 4 days remote working and 1 day in the office.
- Birmingham City Centre office from January.
