What you will be doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk and manage the entire 360° recruitment lifecycle:
- Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity (calls, LinkedIn, networking)
- Build and develop client relationships into long-term partnerships
- Source and headhunt high-quality talent using industry-leading tools
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person
