What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively win new business through sales calls, client meetings, and networking


• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients within the Business Support sector


• Develop strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals


• Take detailed job briefs and sell Reed’s recruitment solutions to clients


• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles


• Match candidates to vacancies and manage the full recruitment cycle


• Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets


• Write and advertise job roles to attract high-quality candidates


• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and manage pipelines effectively


• Stay up to date with market trends to identify new sales opportunities

• A sales-driven mindset – motivated by targets, commission, and success


• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships


• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with business development activity


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• A positive, ambitious attitude with a desire to succeed


• Previous sales or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
