Qube Recruitment is growing — and we’re looking for our next Recruitment Consultant to join the journey.

We’ve built an enviable client base, with plenty of room for further growth, and the successful candidate will step straight into live roles and active business opportunities from day one — no cold start here.

We’re currently open to a Recruitment Consultant looking at both full-time and part-time applications, with salary dependent on experience and working arrangement.

And when it comes to commission… we genuinely believe you won’t find a better commission structure anywhere in the industry!

Recruitment Consultant will be based from our Rochester Head Office

Experience within transport, logistics or warehouse recruitment would be a huge advantage, but we’re also open to an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to transition into a new sector.

This is an exciting stage in the evolution of Qube Recruitment. Over the last year, the business has undergone significant transformation and growth, and we’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ambition to progress with us as we continue building something special.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using ATS tools to track applications and candidate progress.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent communication skills and regular engagement.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Utilise systems to update candidate information accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in human resources to optimise recruitment efforts.

  • Lead generation through diverse channels including social media management and networking events to identify potential candidates.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within human resources or related fields.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable.

  • Experience with social media management for talent sourcing purposes.

  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and relationship management within a fast-paced environment.

  • Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
