With hybrid working available, you’ll have the flexibility to balance office collaboration with home working, while still being fully supported by a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates


• Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates


• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts


• Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process


• Keeping up to date with market trends and industry insights

About You • Previous recruitment experience is essential (any sector considered)

• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven


• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively


• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
