Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can build strong relationships, manage the recruitment process, and deliver a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates


• Source and identify suitable candidates through a range of channels


• Manage vacancies from initial brief through to placement


• Conduct candidate screening and interviews


• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable candidates


• Arrange interviews and manage communication throughout the process


• Maintain accurate candidate and client records


• Keep up to date with recruitment trends and market activity

• £28,000–£33,000 per annum, depending on experience
