Zearch is a fast\-growing executive search firm placing VP and SVP\-level leaders at some of the world's leading tech companies. We're expanding our research team and looking for a driven, commercially minded individual to join us on the ground floor.

This is not a cold\-calling role. You'll be headhunting — identifying and engaging senior talent across global markets, shaping real hiring decisions for major tech brands.

What you'll be doing

You'll join our research team as a Recruitment Researcher, working directly alongside experienced Business Developers and Directors on live executive search mandates. Day to day that means:

• Mapping and approaching senior candidates across global tech markets


• Conducting screening calls and structured interviews with executive\-level professionals


• Building and managing candidate relationships through full search processes


• Becoming a specialist in a defined market vertical, with a clear path to market ownership and team leadership

What we're looking for

You don't need recruitment experience — we'll train you. What matters is that you're commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by results.

You likely come from one of these backgrounds:

• B2B sales


• Estate agency or lettings


• Any target\-driven, client\-facing role where you've had to work hard to earn

If you're early in your career but hungry, apply anyway — we consider candidates without a formal sales background where the right attitude is there.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1\-2 year's experience in a sales or target\-driven role


• Full right to work in the UK


• Based within commutable distance of Hove, East Sussex only
