Recruitment Consultant – Full Time and Part Time Positions

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner with charities, non\-profit organisations, and businesses to understand their hiring needs and connect them with exceptional candidates. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation through to successful placement, ensuring every hire is the right fit for both employer and employee.

Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include conducting detailed needs assessments with clients, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks, and negotiating terms to close placements. You'll build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

About You

You have proven experience in customer\-facing roles, whether via telephone, video, or face\-to\-face meetings. You're fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a sophisticated vocabulary. You're naturally organised, detail\-oriented, and genuinely passionate about matching the right person to the right role. You listen actively, ask the right questions, and can build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
