Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary
OTE: £50,000+ Uncapped Commission

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant within the Commercial Division, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions across a variety of commercial disciplines including:
- Administration
- Customer Service
- Sales & Business Development
- Marketing
- Office Support
- Finance & Accountancy Support
Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source, interview and assess candidates for permanent and temporary vacancies.
- Write compelling job advertisements and manage candidate attraction campaigns.
- Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees.
- Arrange and manage interviews between clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
- Experienced within recruitment, sales, account management, or business development.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
- Driven by targets and motivated by financial rewards.
- Confident communicating with clients and candidates at all levels.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Resilient, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic first-year OTE of £50,000+.
