Apprentice Recruitment Administrator – Level 3
Location: Halesowen B63 3HY
Salary: £16,640\.00
Working Hours: Mon \- Fri 7:30 a.m. \- 4:30 p.m. (During school holidays 9 a.m. \- 3 p.m.) \- 1 hour lunch

We are offering an exciting Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship. You’ll speak with candidates, match people to jobs, support recruitment projects, and learn from experienced recruiters while building confidence, communication, and sales skills in a fast\-paced, people\-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speak to candidates over the phone to check suitability


• Match people to suitable job roles


• Call and speak to new companies to tell them about our services (business development)


• Help bring in new clients and job opportunities


• Advertise jobs on job boards and social media


• Arrange interviews and manage schedules


• Keep candidate and client information updated


• Support the recruitment process from start to finish


• Build good relationships with candidates and employers


• Work as part of a team and help achieve targets


• Supporting the recruitment team in administrative tasks, including compliance checks and documentation.

• A natural interest in sales and recruitment


• Previous experience in sales or customer\-facing roles is an advantage
