Reed’s Plymouth office is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established Finance & Accountancy desk, recruiting across Devon and Cornwall.

As a Recruitment Consultant within Reed’s Finance & Accountancy practice, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term partnerships with clients across Devon and Cornwall.
Your responsibilities will include:

What you’ll bring:
- Recruitment or sales experience with a strong commercial mindset
- A proactive, resilient attitude and determination to succeed
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Financial motivation and ambition, driven by uncapped commission
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential for regular client visits
